Free Posture F.A.S.T. self-check
This is not a diagnosis. It is a simple awareness tool to help you recognize patterns worth reviewing with Jimmy.
Start the CheckHow to use it
Use a mirror or have someone take a side and front photo. Mark what you notice. The more honest you are, the more useful your review becomes.
From the side, do your ears sit forward of your shoulders?
Are your shoulders rounded, uneven, elevated, or pulled forward?
Do you breathe mostly into your chest, neck, or shoulders instead of expanding through the ribs?
Does one hip sit higher, rotate forward, or carry more weight?
Do you keep stretching the same area because it tightens again within hours or days?
Do you avoid certain movements because your body feels unstable, stiff, or unpredictable?
What your answers mean
That does not mean something is “wrong” with you. It means your body found a workaround. The question is whether that workaround is now creating pain, stiffness, or limitation.
Turn the checklist into a plan
Share what you noticed in the form and Jimmy’s team can help map the right first step.
