Jimmy built Posture F.A.S.T. for people who are tired of being handed generic exercises without understanding why their body keeps returning to the same pattern.
The philosophy
Jimmy does not simply tell clients to sit straighter or stretch more. He studies the whole movement picture: how they stand, breathe, activate, stabilize, shift weight, and compensate.
The goal is practical clarity. Clients should leave understanding what their body is doing, why it may be creating pain or stiffness, and what to train first.
